October flew by, and around the middle of the month, I made a spontaneous decision to add this column to my website, providing a glimpse into my life. As a result, I didn’t manage to take too many photos, but I did capture enough to offer a small taste of our experiences this month.
Throughout October, I was quite occupied with pain rehabilitation for my fibromyalgia, which limited my ability to go out with my camera. However, there was one evening when I joined the Photo Club in the city center of Emmen. Our theme was all about capturing reflections. This time, I decided to approach it creatively, and I’m genuinely pleased with the resulting photo series. I’ve actually taken more photos, but I just haven’t had the time to post them on my website yet.
Marcel and I went shopping for new clothes, and Gucci was with us, of course. We decided to have lunch first, and while we were waiting for our meal, I took a snapshot of Gucci in her buggy. Her favorite toy needed replacing, which brought her immense joy, and we enjoyed several walks in the woods. The dog playground organized a small dog play hour, creating a special time for Gucci, and she truly had the time of her life.
We also had some wonderful moments at home, like a cozy evening with cheese fondue. Currently, I’m watching “Murder, She Wrote.” It used to be my all-time favorite series when I was a kid, and I affectionately referred to it as “Missy type” back then. It fills me with a deep sense of nostalgia, and I absolutely cherish that feeling.
